The DIGITUS® IP55 Outdoor Wall Mounting Cabinets are designed for industrial applications with protection against water and dust acc. to safety class IP55.

The industrial network cabinets for wall installation are specially adapted according to protection type IP55 for the requirements of harsh environments. particularly outdoors. The wall housings offer optimal performance in part thanks to the 3-point locking system with lockable swing handle and insulated PG cable glands. Integrated fan filter housing ensures fresh air supply (protection against penetration of water and dust pursuant to IP54). Applications including outdoor areas that are subject to environmental effects (rain. dust. hail. snow. spraying water). To accommodate a fan module. the roof structure is also equipped with a filtered area. One pair of galvanized 483 mm (19”) profile rails labeled with rack units readable in both directions are installed on the inside. Their depth can be adjusted. Each cabinet is made of up to 2.0 mm thick sheet steel. Coloring is done with electrostatic powder coating in the standard color gray (RAL 7035). Wall installation is carried out using the enclosed mounting bracket. Optionally. the cabinets can be used with a plinth as a free-standing solution or fastened to poles using the fastening set.
